I am Alvaro Diaz, founder of BlackBox. Since 2006, I have built delivery teams and helped agencies and businesses launch and support more than 1,000 web projects. The tools have changed dramatically, but the fundamentals have not: understand the goal, communicate clearly, protect the client relationship and take responsibility for the work.
Today, AI gives experienced teams a new level of leverage. BBX Web Ops combines that leverage with the judgment, processes and long-term accountability developed across nearly two decades of delivery.
